The UTLuxuryApartments.com west campus group deal is a VERY SMART & FANTASTIC option for students who want to live in a luxury apartment for a cheaper rate.

Going on its 3rd year, the annual west campus group deal sells out very quickly as students jump on the chance to snag a bad-ass apartment at a cheaper rate early on in the schoool year.

The group deal is NOT for those students who are super picky on the EXACT location, and EXACT apartment, and EXACT floor. Basically SUPER PICKY students. IT IS for those students who want a BAD-ASS DEAL!!  This means YOU!

All parties each must register and pay $100 admin fee  PRIOR to NOVEMBER 1st.  If any parties wish to cancel PRIOR to November 1st all monies are 100% fully refundable.  On Novermber 1st, the apartment will be selected and revealed. Parties that continue through with the group deal will have their $100 admin fee applied to their application fees.  Parties that wish to decline, will still be able to untill applications is filled out and signed. (less the $100 admin fee per each applicant)

Important Information:

• Group deal must have a minimum of 20 TOTAL groups to qualify.
• Double occupancy per bedroom WILL BE allowed.
• You do NOT get to pick and choose your apartment complex.
• You may choose from the list that becomes available on a 1st come, 1st serve basis.
• Move in will be in the month of August 2011
• Lease is for 12 month term.
