These UT student apartments offer the best bang for your buck as far as pricing vs. ammenities offered.  Where these apartments lack in proximity to the UT campus they more than make up for in value.  For example a random 2 bedroom with 2 baths UT Austin apartment located within 3 blocks of west campus that was built in 1990 would average about  $1500 total rent.  Now compare that to a 4 bedroom with 2 bath apartment located on riverside built in the last 6 years and your looking at around $1600.  HUGE difference.
