• Agent James -  In my opinion The Block On Campus is the most popular apartment community at The University of Texas west campus. Its popularity is also one of its largest drawbacks in that everyone wants to live there thus creating a "waiting list" almost every year.  If you choose the Block on Campus you will NOT be missing out!

• George L. - The Block on Campus has been our best apartment yet.  We have had an absolute blast staying here. Just might even renew!

• Peter C- We were having to make a choice between the Block On 23rd or the Texan Pearl. Both luxury West Campus apartments were pretty much the same rental rate, both were 2 bedrooms, and both were 2 bathrooms. We originally were thinking about living at the Texan Pearl apartments prior to our search but after comparing and looking at both UT apartments, we decided on The Block on 23rd.  Bigger rooms, a better layout, and the fact that some of our buddies were also living there made it an easy choice for us.
