The Quarters are not what typically comes to mind when you think of student housing. Our apartments are more attractively finished, better maintained and have more amenities than most student housing. When it comes down to it, The Quarters are the most attractive housing option in the West Campus area.
About Quarters On Campus in Austin, TX
Quarters On Campus are luxurious apartments located in Austin, TX. Each apartment home features unique details and offers beautifully finished one bedroom, two bedroom, and three bedroom floor plans.
How many apartment locations do you have?
The Quarters consists of six apartment communities located in the
heart of West Campus and within walking distance to The University
of Texas. We are also conveniently located to Austin Community
College. Our communities range in size from 12-101 units, and the
largest is 235 units.
What floorplans do you have?
We have a wide range of floorplans from efficiencies to four bedroom
units. Many of our unit types also accommodate double occupancy
bedrooms for those who prefer to share a bedroom with a
roommate or lower your housing costs. In double occupancy
bedrooms, there are two sinks in the bathroom vanity and a
closet for each occupant. All our units have an equal number of
bathrooms to bedrooms.
Do you lease by the unit or bedroom?
We lease by the bedroom regardless of whether you rent with
friends or not. Each resident in a bedroom signs a separate lease.
If you don't have anyone to share the cost of renting an apartment
with, we can easily place you in an apartment with other residents
of the same gender.
What amenities do you offer?
At The Quarters, you'll find a variety of amenities including a
centrally located Fitness Center with 2,500 sq. ft. of state-of-the-art
equipment and open 24/7, a pool, beautifully landscaped
courtyards with shaded sitting areas, sunbathing decks with cool
outdoor showers, retail, restricted access buildings, on-site and
gated parking garages, a ten-story parking garage for friends and
family, and much more. The Fitness Center is available to all
residents of The Quarters regardless of which community you
choose. Inside, all our communities have refreshing air
conditioned hallways leading to your home, granite counters in
the kitchen, carpeted bedrooms, and wood-like floors in the common
areas of the unit.
Do you have a pool?
The Nueces House location does have a pool along with two
courtyards. The other communities offer a variety of beautifully
landscaped courtyards with options for sunbathing and cooling off
in the outdoor showers or relaxing under the shaded sitting areas.
What are the hours of the Fitness Center?
The spacious 2,500 sq. ft. Fitness Center is open 24/7 to all
residents of The Quarters. You have to see it to believe it!.
Are you on the UT shuttle route?
Yes, the shuttle has stops all around our six communities. We're so
close it's often faster to walk.
Do you accept pets?
Sorry, The Quarters does not allow pets. We prefer to leave
the fleas outside so you are more comfortable inside.
