Surprised? We are too.  By no means were we thinking of placing ourselves in the #1 position. (we were mostly thinking of shamelessly plugging ourselves in the #10 slot, to be honest) But after seeing the lackluster of apartment complexes pages ...we feel that we needed to go ahead and place ourselves in the #1 spot.  The main purpose of facebook pages in real estate is to provide information of that apartment complex and to provide updates, the latest news, and of course any type of specials. While we can’t promise you that the other apartment complexes will keep their information updated and provide those important specials when they do happen (although we hope they will) We can tell you that the UT Luxury Apartments facebook page will stay updated.  So go ahead and check out our page, and while you’re there you can compare and view a majority of the most popular west campus and north campus apartments no matter if they have a facebook page or not.

#2) Longhorn Landing - Best utilized page

Out of all of the rest of the nine facebook pages that we have listed no other page has been utilized more than Longhorn Landing which is why it has made our #2 lists for that reason and that reason alone.  Much credit goes to the guys because if taking the time out to make your facebook page has any reflection on your service than you will definitely want to check these guys out.

#3) 21 Rio - Best views

Hands down 21 Rio is probably the most professionally ran facebook page out of the bunch.  Kudos!  We can honestly say that they have more info and updates on their page then we would have on them.  (See we are not bias at all)
You definitely would NOT be wasting your time liking their page and staying up to date on their current events and pricing.

#4) Villas on Guadalupe - Best west campus apartment page

The Villas On Guadalupe does an excellent job at utilizing their facebook page and that says a a lot since 90% of all the west campus facebook pages really don’t provide much other than their location and outside pictures.  They seem to consistently Out of all of the rest of the nine facebook pages that we have listed no other page has been utilized more than Longhorn Landing which is why it has made our #2ut.

#7) Jefferson 26 - Best all in one package
Really basic facebook page. This would be one of those pages were it doesn’t hurt to like the page in case they ever decide to actually update it.

#10) Jefferson West - Largest room
One of the most basic and disappointing facebook pages.  We really hope they go ahead and decide to start utilizing their page to get some additional product knowledge and pictures out there about the Jefferson West. They make the top 10 only because they have a facebook page and the rest didn’t.

Honorable Mention:
The quarters on campus
For some reason they have a group page instead of a facebook page.  This might be as good a time as any to go ahead and make the switch over. Just better in principle even though they technically do the same thing. Never-the-less they do have some pics on their group page so it might be worth checking them out.
